We want to be the kind of church where people are free to ask questions, to seek direction from God’s Word (the Bible) and to find the Way that leads to peace & rest for our souls.
Crossroads is a warm, welcoming church family that will allow you to develop deep, personal relationships with other Christ followers. Whether it’s while you’re sipping coffee in our Connection Cafe, in one of our Bible classes, a small group or just a casual conversation down by the library, you have the opportunity to engage in building strong relationships and being challenged to go deeper with Christ.
Though we are a small church, we have a big heart. You will find Crossroads to be a church that pursues excellence in ministering to the broad spectrum of God’s family & our surrounding community. We want 0% unemployment. That means we love to have everyone involved in at least one ministry, doing their part to bring God glory.
We believe the most important ministries happen outside the four walls of the church building. We partner with community agencies and strive to meet real needs in people’s lives. We also see our building as a tool for God to use. So there are a host of community groups and several sister churches who also make Crossroads their home.
We frequently promote opportunities to serve in local ministries within our community, or to become part of a team that will go cross-cultural (either in the Twin Cities or to the ends of the earth) in order to serve people from other tribes & language groups.
What We Believe
We believe the mission of Crossroads Alliance Church is the mission Jesus gave to the global church in Matthew 28:18-20: To make disciples:
Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
At Crossroads Church, our desire is to be following Jesus and making a difference. You will find many ways to grow in your faith journey with Jesus at Crossroads Church, whether you are new to Christianity, want to learn more about Jesus, or have walked with Him your entire life.
Our Sunday worship service is designed to help you both worship and encounter God. We have a fresh, vibrant worship style of blended music, both contemporary and traditional. The preaching is God-centered and biblical. Prayer is strongly emphasized in many contexts throughout all our church programs.
